This light-filled, family-friendly two-story apartment offers a cozy and homey atmosphere. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac about 4.5 km from the North Sea and offers a fantastic view over the rooftops of Norden.
The approximately 80-square-meter apartment features an excellent floor plan.
A total of 6 sleeping spots, divided among three bedrooms, provide plenty of space for a restful night’s sleep. On the upper floor, there is one bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a sleeper sofa for two people (1.95 m x 1.60 m), which can also be used as a playroom for children (games provided). A double bed is located in the spacious attic studio, which can be closed off with a door. All windows are fitted with pleated blinds, and the bedrooms have blackout blinds.
The spacious living and dining area with a glass bay window invites you to relax and unwind. For entertainment, there is a satellite TV with a DVD player and a hi-fi system.
Adjacent to this is the fully equipped built-in kitchen with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, and hand mixer. A high chair for our younger guests is also available.
In the spacious shower room, you’ll find a walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, towel warmer, hair dryer, and a clothes rack. Underfloor heating is available in this room and in the living room.
The balcony is furnished for sunny days.
