About this house rental
Comfortable vacation home in Norden-Norddeich, “Im Thuner,” in a wonderfully quiet location. It’s only about 3–4 km to the North Sea.
On the first floor is the large living and dining area with a flat-screen TV and access to the patio, which features garden chairs and a parasol. The large, quiet garden is fenced in.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic-glass cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, etc.
There is also an additional restroom on the first floor.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (with two additional TVs) and a bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms are equipped with blinds.
The first floor of the house has tile flooring, and the upper floor has laminate flooring; the living and dining areas as well as the bathroom feature comfortable underfloor heating.
Additional amenities include, among other things: a DVD player, a CD radio with MP3 capability, a high chair, a washing machine, games, and books. The bedrooms are arranged as follows: 1 x 1 double bed, 1 x 2 single beds, and 1 x 1 pull-out bed for 2 people.
Pets are not allowed!
Shopping facilities are within walking distance.

The "Haus Otter" accommodations are located on the same property and can be booked in addition if more space is needed.
During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are available for rentals of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.
