About this house rental
This family-friendly, detached vacation home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Norden, heading toward Norddeich.
With its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms spread over 2 floors, this comfortable home offers plenty of space for up to 6 people (+ 1 toddler). One bedroom with a double bed and a closet is located on the first floor. The other two bedrooms (one with a double bed and a crib, and one with two single beds) are located on the upper floor. There is a fully equipped bathroom with a shower on each floor. On the first floor, you’ll find a large living area with a sofa, armchairs, and a TV. Adjacent to this is the dining table with six chairs, as well as the very well-equipped kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hand mixer, dishes, and cutlery (12-piece set)).
A washing machine is also available to you free of charge.
The patio is furnished with patio furniture and a grill. Adjacent to the southeast-facing patio is a large lawn with four tall ash trees (hence the name “Eschenhaus”). There is also a garden shed with a handcart and plenty of space for bicycles you bring along.
There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house (one behind the other), and a washing machine is available in the storage room.
Out of consideration for all guests, we ask that you do not smoke inside the house. A large ashtray is available on the terrace. We also ask that you do not bring any pets.
Fiber-optic Wi-Fi is also available. (We cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed.)
Prices are valid for up to 4 people; a surcharge of 5 euros per night applies for each additional person (up to a maximum of 6).
Next to this house are the two accommodations “Freia en Uli” and “Ohlig,” which can be booked in addition if needed.

The vacation home is located in Norden, one of the oldest towns in East Frisia, which charms visitors with its maritime atmosphere and historic buildings. Centrally located, the property offers quick access to the North Sea coast and the popular coastal resort town of Norddeich, with its sandy beach, seal sanctuary, and ferry connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist. Shopping, restaurants, and cafés are within easy reach, and the surrounding area is perfect for bike rides and mudflat hikes. An ideal location for exploring the diversity of East Frisia and enjoying the fresh North Sea air.
You are welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterward for a fee.
