Freia en Uli is a cozy vacation home with approximately 90 m² in a very quiet location in Norden, near Norddeich.
Upon entering the house, you’ll pass through the entryway and find yourself directly in the spacious living and dining area with high ceilings and a loft above featuring a small seating area. On the first floor, you’ll find two sofas and an armchair, a wood-burning stove, a TV with a stereo system and DVD player (numerous DVDs are available), games, books, the dining area, and the kitchen, which is directly adjacent. The well-equipped kitchen includes, among other things, a stove with an oven, a small dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, and an egg cooker. From here, you can also step out onto the covered and furnished patio with an adjoining garden. The garden is almost entirely fenced in, but not completely escape-proof.
Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses) and a closet, a room with a sleeper sofa for one additional person, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer, as well as a storage room with a washer-dryer, a clothes rack, an iron, and an ironing board.
Upstairs, there is another bathroom with a shower and a large bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses), a closet, and a TV.
All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains; the upper floor has laminate flooring, while the first floor has tile flooring, with only the two bedrooms on the first floor having carpeted floors.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome in this house upon prior notice!
The garage attached to the house can be used to store bicycles you bring with you; an electrical outlet is also available there. There are two parking spaces in front of the house.
For this vacation rental, we can offer you a daily local bread roll delivery service. You will receive further information and prices with your booking confirmation.
Next to this house are the two accommodations, Eschenhaus and Ohlig, which can be booked in addition if needed.
During the Easter and fall breaks, this property is available for rentals of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.
The vacation home is located in Norden, one of the oldest cities in East Frisia, which captivates visitors with its maritime atmosphere and historic buildings. Centrally located, the property offers quick access to the North Sea coast and the popular coastal resort town of Norddeich, with its sandy beach, seal sanctuary, and ferry connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist. Shopping, restaurants, and cafés are within easy reach, and the surrounding area is perfect for bike rides and mudflat hikes. It’s an ideal location for exploring the diversity of East Frisia and enjoying the fresh North Sea air.
You are welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterward for a fee.
