About this house rental
Families have been spending their vacations in one of our homes since 2016. Until now, these were listed in an ad.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plenty of space for up to 6 people.
Our vacation home is located in the popular North Sea spa town of Norddeich, at the end of a traffic-calmed play street.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The home also includes a free parking space.
The nearest supermarket is about 200 m away, and restaurants are within walking distance.
After a 15-minute walk, you’ll be standing on the dike, ready to enjoy the healthy, iodine-rich North Sea air.
You can set out on island excursions (Norderney, Juist, etc.) directly from the Norddeich harbor.
For our younger guests, we have various toys, balance bikes, tricycles, and scooters available.
Our property manager will welcome you personally at the house.
You’ll pay the final cleaning fee (80,-), security deposit (100,-), and visitor’s tax upon arrival.
A maximum of 2 pets per house is allowed.
You can bring your own towels and bed linens or rent them from the manager for a fee.
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement at your expense!
