Schöne Ferienwohnung mit ein paar kleinen Schönheitsfehlern. Die Einrichtung ist ok - man sieht dass immer wieder etwas gemacht wird in der Wohnung. Einiges hätte etwas aktueller eingerichtet sein können aber das ist auch Geschmacksache. Es fehlte eine Garderobe und ein großer Spiegel im 1. OG - es ist nur 1 Spiegel im begehbaren Kleiderschrank (2. OG) vorhanden. Ein großer Nachteil war jedoch, dass es für die Wohnung nur 1 Schlüssel gibt.

Sehr gute Ausstattung und zentrale, aber dennoch sehr ruhige Lage, rundum ein gelungener Urlaub, ausreichend Platz für individuellen Raum, auch wenn man mit mehreren unterwegs ist

Insgesamt ist das App sehr großzügig incl gr Balkon mit Grill und Wintergarten. Ausstattung ok, etwas lieblos und wenig gemütlich. Die Lage ist toll, direkt an der Seehundstation, Wellenbad und Kurpark. Ca 500m zu Fuß zum Deich
Bei der Abreise habe ich Mängel im Bad weitergegeben, die hoffentlich kurzfristig abgestellt werden:
Duschgestänge ist defekt und das Bad ist schimmelig, insbesondere die Dusche sehr stark mit starker Geruchsbelästigung
