Very simple apartment house. In the centre of Norddeich, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: patio. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 250 m, bakery 250 m, café, bus stop 500 m, railway station 1.5 km, ferry 1.5 km, sandy beach 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 14 km, indoor swimming pool 500 m. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Parking at 20 m. Es war alles da was man braucht.Es war sehr gemütlich, ordentlich und sauber. Allerdings sind einige Möbelstücke etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr ganz funktionsfähig. Lampen funktionierten nicht. Die Mülltonnen hinterm Haus waren mehr als überfüllt und keiner hat sich darum gekümmert .

Eine großzügige Wohnung, perfekt für 5-6 Personen. Super Lage. Ideal für unseren Hund.
Leider war das Inventar etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hatte dementsprechende kleinere Mängel und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war nicht ganz zufriedenstellend.
Das hatte aber keinerlei Auswirkungen auf einen herrlichen Urlaub und einen kurzen Tapetenwechsel vom Alltag.

Sehr Zentral gelegen, Preis Leistung ok, Möbel sehr verwohnt aber ok. Matratzen sollten mal erneuert werden. Ausstattung wie beschrieben.

... aber ansonsten haben Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. bei der Beschreibung " sehr einfach ausgestattet" geht man nicht von defekten und schmutzigen Einrichtungsgegenständen aus. mit ein wenig Investment könnte man die Wohnung auf einen besseren Stand bringen ( z.B. neue Kaffeemaschine, neue klobürsten (!), neue duschstange sind keine Unsummen ). der WLAN hotspot konnte trotz mehrmaligen anrufen nicht aktiviert werden. faktisch kein WLAN. irreführende Infos hierzu
