There is also a guest restroom on the first floor. From the living room, you can access the terrace, which is completely secluded and equipped with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and an awning.

From the hallway, a steep, space-saving staircase leads to the open-concept bedroom in the attic, where you’ll find two single beds and another flat-screen TV. The house includes a garage; the yard is fully fenced and therefore well-suited for small children and dogs (1 dog allowed; a second dog only by prior arrangement).
