The Mienhus has seven apartments ranging from 25 m² to 90 m² with corresponding parking spaces in front of the building. They are suitable for solo travelers, couples, or families. Five apartments are particularly suitable for dog owners.

• A crib, changing pad, high chair, step stool, and toilet seat reducer are available.
