This tastefully decorated vacation home features an adjoining apartment, allowing 5–7 people to enjoy a wonderful vacation here.
The main house, which sleeps 5, features a large living/dining room on the first floor with a fully equipped kitchen (stove with ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cookware, etc.). The living area features a smart TV.
Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the second with a double bed and a single bed (triple room), plus a shower and toilet.
The garden area features a patio with garden chairs, a garden table, two lounge chairs, an electric grill, and a play area.
Additional amenities include a washing machine, a clothes rack, and an ironing board.
Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability!), login details available on-site.
A parking space is also included with the property.
The apartment is equipped for up to 2 people and can be used separately or rented in addition to the main house. This way, for example, grandparents can spend their vacation with their children and grandchildren while still having their own "private space." (There is a lockable double connecting door between the main house and the apartment.)

Centrally located, the property offers quick access to the North Sea coast and the popular coastal resort town of Norddeich, with its sandy beach, seal sanctuary, and ferry connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist. Shopping, restaurants, and cafés are within easy reach, and the surrounding area is perfect for bike rides and mudflat hikes. An ideal location to explore the diversity of East Frisia and enjoy the fresh North Sea air.
