FULLY air-conditioned luxurious villa set in a serene environment, providing total privacy, superb views, very large private swimming pool (5mX10m; depth up to 2,40m), flat screen TV, FREE WiFi, very spacious (50m2) open plan kitchen/dining/living room, three spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, outside barbeque, fully matured garden…and much much more!

Designer luxury villa, set in its own fenced and totally private grounds (2700 sq.m. plot - appr. ½ an acre), providing total privacy and outstanding views. You can observe the sun (or the moon!) rising over the Troodos mountains and setting over the Akamas peninsula hills. In front of you lies the sea (Bay of Chrysochou), two minutes drive by car, 20 minutes on foot.

Is a single-floor holiday home that can accommodate up to 6 adults. It has three very comfortable bedrooms; a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with also a double size bed (king size) and a third bedroom with two single beds. ALL three bedrooms have en suite facilities. The main bedroom bathroom is fitted with a toilet, shower, and a wash basin).
Living Room/dining room
The spacious lounge/dining room is fully furnished and equipped with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player.
Patio doors open to the outdoor terrace/poolside dining area, private pool, and barbeque area.
Open plan fully equipped kitchen.
Amble free private parking.

It was exactly what we wanted. Fully equipped villa. While we don't drink wine a bottle was left chilling in the fridge and glasses on the table on oir arrival. The hosts were lovely and quick to respond to small little queries and allowed us a late check out. Would definitely recommend this villa as a place to stay if you want somewhere peaceful but in walking distance of the shops and restaurants as well as the beach.

Had an amazing stay, owners couldn’t have been more helpful, arranged early check in and late departure to suit us. The villa is in a great location to the harbour and Polis, extremely quiet and peaceful. Our only regret is that we could only stay for 1 week as the villa had been previously booked. Will definitely be returning

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa, with sea and countryside views. The villa is really well equipped and the pool was great. We found it to be very quiet which is exactly what we needed to get some well earned rest and relaxation. Will definitely visit again!
