Location, good value for money and the overall house!
I think both bathroom facilities need an upgrade and the mattress on all beds.

Lovely house and good location for exploring the area. Lovely courtyard to sit out in the morning or early evening. Nice lady next door ( not sure if she was the owner) who gave us cherries, plums, such a lovely lady. Would recommend.
