Important Accessibility Information: While the building has an elevator, please note that units 214, 215, 216, 217, 229, 230, and 231 are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the necessary details before booking.

This was a perfect beachside place to escape and relax! Surrounded by everything we could possibly need and super easy to spend time by the pool or on the beach! My family and I loved it!

It was overall a really good VRBO experience. The extra beach chairs and boards were really nice and the bedrooms were perfect. My only complaints about the listing were that I wish it would’ve been more clear that the double sofa pull out couch was broken, as we weren’t expecting to have two people share an air mattress over our 6 day stay. Just felt that the communication on that aspect should’ve been more clear, and I shouldn’t find that out from a note underneath the couch cushions. On top of that, there was active construction during our stay that did start early in the morning, so might want to update that on the listing as well.

Pool area was great. room was nice. Light switches in bedrooms did nothing. Upstairs shower was weak. Outside grill would be nicer if it were gas and not charcoal.I am unsure of the value. I would consider this type of property would be somewhat less expensive. 3 parties appeared to be involved. Paradise Beach Club, Happy Palm Stays and VRBO may have all been paid something. ??? We will be more careful in the future.

The property was exactly as described, as best I can remember. Great location, convenient and clean. Adequate cooking supplies.I did not realize the bedrooms were upstairs. The beds were not comfortable either. They were a mattress so top of a frame. The mattress was bigger than the bed frame in each room. When reading the post but I could have missed that part. The upstairs temperature was not very well regulated. It was very warm upstairs at night and cold downstairs. There was a fan in each room but it was still uncomfortable but tolerable. Bathrooms and kitchen were satisfactory. The living room could have used some new furniture. The couch is very low to the ground and very uncomfortable. So are the 2 chairs in the living room. We feel like they were just old and very worn. So there really was not a comfortable place to relax down stairs unless you sat at the kitchen table. The pull out mattress in the couch did not appear to be very clean and it was very uncomfortable as well. The worst part of this rental was the mosquitos. They were really bad on the balcony. I actually put long pants on and a long sleeve shirt to sit on it. Then I got some big spray and that made it a bit better. The owners stated the building sprayed monthly but it would have been good to have a warning so we could have at least been prepared. Please remember this is my account of the rental and your preference might be different than mine so just wanted to be transparent!
