It is a nice unit with a beautiful view and we enjoyed our stay.. There were several communications regarding repair of the stove, but nothing was done and a new unit was delivered to the front door when we checked out. We were disappointed that the TV's in both bedrooms were not functional for the entire stay even after a repair tech visited the unit.

the view from the 4th floor balcony and from the master bedroom are exactly why you want a beachside place. Kudos on the furniture and beds as they were more comfortable than most VRBOs. The overall condition and cleanliness is good; its a place that sees a lot of people so it shows some wear, but we were pleased overall.

We were a little disappointed when we got there, the place is older and the elevator was really slow! I wouldn’t suggest wearing white socks! Our were dirty in no time! And there was a dried up contact on the floor by the bed which tells me the floor weren’t cleaned very well. The location was great it was right across the road from the grocery store and just down the road from a great ice cream shop! Probably won’t go back there again it was a little over priced for what you got! Bring your own potholders too!
