There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.
🐾 Please Note: While dogs are welcome in this condo, the beach directly in front of the building is not pet-friendly. However, there are several dog-friendly beach spots just a short drive away—perfect for an oceanside walk with your pup!

This was probably one of the best places we have ever stayed. We loved that it was quiet, pet friendly, had easy access to the beach, great amenities and the host was super easy to work with. My only request would probably be that they add in the shower towel (the one that goes on the floor). I personally don’t like getting out on wet tile. But, that’s just my preference. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be staying here again.

Condo was well appointed with everthing we needed. Building in general is starting to show its age. It's a block from a publix and a planet fitness which was perfect.

This rental was perfect, pretty much as pictured. This is our 2nd time staying on this property, and we enjoyed it as much as our first time. Loved that there were beach chairs, an umbrella, and cooler provided. Seems like it was standard with each unit. Only negative was that we couldn’t find any carts to use to haul our stuff up to the unit.
