Please know a new condo building is being constructed next to Paradise Beach Club. There is no active construction or noise on site now, and all amenities remain open. The new structure sits farther from the ocean than this building, so your beach and ocean views remain, with the new building visible from the balcony.

Dogs are welcome in this condo. The beach directly in front of the building is not pet friendly. Several dog friendly beach access points are a short drive away, perfect for seaside walks with your pup. 🐶
