Whether you're watching the kids splash in the pool or sipping coffee as the sun rises over the water, every moment here is pure bliss.
Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home paired with thoughtful vacation amenities. The master bedroom features a king bed, large plasma TV, and stunning views of the pool and ocean. The second bedroom offers a double/full bed and twin bed. An air mattress is also provided in the living room for extra sleeping arrangements. Beach gear is provided, including chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, toys, towels, and a cooler, so you can hit the sand hassle-free. Free high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected if needed, but we promise you'll want to spend most of your time outdoors!

🐾 Please Note: While dogs are welcome in this condo, the beach directly in front of the building is not pet-friendly. However, there are several dog-friendly beach spots just a short drive away—perfect for an oceanside walk with your pup!

You would be hard pressed to find a better ocean view than here. There's nothing quite like the Atlantic Ocean in your living room. We are an older couple that came here for a week of peace and quiet and we found that. The condo was very clean and my bugaphobe wife never saw a single bug. We did not want to leave.The beach itself is a little rocky and seas were a bit rough, so it wasnt an adult, out in the ocean, swimmable beach. However, plenty of kids were having a blast on their floaties near shore. The pool was great. You can have it to yourself early am and late PM. Everything is nearby, we went to the Brevard Zoo, Ron Jon;s and the Cocoa Beach Pier. I got breakfast every morning at Dunkin'Donuts which is directly across the street, a 1 minute walk. Our little dog came with us but had to keep off the grass. I understand why. He didnt like that but he got over it with walks down A1A side walk and exploring the vacant lot nextdoor.Let me put it this way, I could stay there forever.
