Three bedroom, two bathroom apartment in Los Granados de la Duquesa. Fully air conditioned throughout with a fully fitted kitchen and large lounge. The southwest facing terrace has access from both the master bedroom and lounge and has views to the gardens, swimming pool and the sea.
The complex is located on the beachfront with a large lagoon style swimming pool set in spacious grounds. The complex also has underground parking, 24hr security and is a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and Duquesa marina.

As a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids we stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in June 2025.
The apartment was clean and spacious. It was pretty hot when we were there and the air con was fantastic in the apartment. Los Granados is an excellent complex, very clean with the pools and garden excellently maintained.

Location. Size of apartment. Living area and kitchen.
Improve bathrooms and beds. We had to purchase a bathmat as only one was supplied and baths were very slippery. The flow of water from shower heads was dreadful. The beds also need to be upgraded as very uncomfortable.
