Three bedroom apartment on the first floor located in the very popular beachfront complex of Los Granados de la Duquesa. The apartment benefits from a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, two bathrooms and a large terrace with views to the community gardens, swimming pool and the sea. The terrace can be accessed from the lounge and also the master bedroom.
The complex is located on the beachfront with a large lagoon style swimming pool, set in spacious grounds and has underground parking, 24hr security and is just a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and the Puerto de la Duquesa marina.

Location was good
Block the openings in the utility
Room to stop deluge of rain causing a flood in the kitchen
Change the double bed which has a very. hard joint down the middle.

The beachfront location is perfect. Beautiful grounds and great attention to gardens.
When there’s a problem, agent is quick to respond.
A couple of minor issues with this apartment- pillows in beds were terrible and some basic cleaning products would be useful. Also, shutters in main bedroom were hard to close and finally became stuck.

Lovely spacious apartment in a fantastic beach front location
The outdoor chairs at the table were uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time, it would have been nice to have a lounger on the balcony also
