About this apartment rental

Three bedroom, two bathroom 2nd floor apartment with wifi and air conditioning throughout. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and a large lounge. The balcony is furnished with a comfy sofa set and coffee table and has views over the communal gardens, swimming pool and sea.



The complex is located on the beachfront with a large lagoon style swimming pool set in spacious grounds. The complex also has underground parking, 24hr security and is a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and Duquesa marina.

For the price paid the apt should have included dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, washing up equipment and toilet roll. These are things that encourage occupants to keep things clean. Small cost for better return over the long term
