We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Spain. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The pool was fantastic and a real highlight of our stay.
We did experience an issue with the WiFi in the apartment, but the customer support team was excellent. They responded quickly, kept us updated, and resolved the problem promptly, which we really appreciated.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Location, plenty kitchenware, knives, forks, cups, glasses etc., this is really helpful.
The air con was really low, could not get some rooms cool enough, I think it had been restricted. When paying premiums for Los Granados, I expect air con to work well as a basic requirement.
Pillows - they are simply useless, sorry to be so blunt, but why can we not have normal solid pillows, rather than the light, non supportive pillows provided? They really are hopeless. Please consider changing them.

The views and location. It is a very beautiful apartment.
The topper on bed in 2nd bedroom is very lumpy and needs removing or replacing. Also there is a bad smell from bathroom plug holes even after someone came and tried to fix problem. I used lots of bleach and air fresheners.
