About this apartment rental
Three bedroom, two bathroom 2nd floor apartment with air conditioning and terrace with pool and sea views. This apartment will sleep up to 8 due to the third bedroom having bunk beds but these are really suitable for children rather than adults. The apartment also has a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher and a good sized lounge. The terrace offers 2 options for dining and has views over the communal gardens, swimming pool and sea.
The complex is located on the beachfront with a large lagoon style swimming pool ideal for smaller children. The complex also has underground parking, 24hr security and is a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and Duquesa marina both of which have a good selection of restaurants and bars to choose from.

Great property, ideal for us (2 adults, 3 kids) and a great location- on the beach and minutes walk from the port and its restaurants. Easy access and felt safe and private.

The service and professionalism with Duquesa Estates is fantastic. From Vicky who was so accommodating when we were looking to alter some dates at the outset to Daisy during our stay, it was really great to have such confidence in the management agency
Albeit I managed it in the end, the key collection box was a bit tricky in terms of opening and particularly closing it. That said I struggle with very basic instructions so its probably me more than anything else!!

I liked everything
The general cleaning of the apartment was terrible.
The windows in the room were very dirty.
We had to wash almost all the dishes and cutlery in the kitchen + cutlery holder before we could use them.
there were small piles of rubbish on the living room floor that were left uncollected.
