Great semi-detached house near the beach with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. Kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, etc ... Air conditioning hot and cold. Smart TV 42 ". Free Wifi. Outdoor porches and large garden that surrounds the house. Barbecue.
4 swimming pools, tennis and paddle court, next to the beach. very quiet and familiar urbanization. Very close to the Puerto de la Duquesa 10 minutes walk and 5 of Castillo de Sabinillas. Supermarkets and restaurants very near.

Great appartment, absolutely perfect for two families with kids. Right next to the beach, walkable distance to many restaurants. Communication with owners Jesus and Carmen was great, easy checkin and check out. Only downside was that pools in the appartment complex were still closed but we came at the beginning of the season ( first week of May) so we knew about that upfront. Would definitely return as we had a great time overall.

From the moment we arrived we were relaxed. The home from home feel for this villa is just lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped and spotless. Our lovely hosts stayed late into the evening to greet us going over and above what was needed!
