This wonderful 4 bedroom townhouse is situated in the complex El Mirador del Mar, in the beautiful area of Bahia de Casares, Casares Costa. This pretty, multi levelled complex is styled on a Spanish village and offers a pool area with a large pool, sun loungers, parasols and a separate kids pool. There is parking on the plot. El Mirador del Mar is close to the prestigious golf courses in the area and is within a short drive to the beach and sea.
The townhouse is arranged over 2 floors and benefits from plenty of natural light flooding in from the patio doors and windows. The House is accessed via steps down from the communal area, there is also access through the garage leading out to the first floor. On the entrance level of the house there is a large hallway which leads into the spacious lounge/diner.
