The house is very spacious downstairs, it's got great living room with open plan kitchen, breakfast buffet and dining room. I really liked the master bedroom which is en suite. The other two rooms are rather small, but both with windows, absolutely enough. Bath and beach towels are prepared, nice bed linens. Great patio area, many flowers which we watered with fixed hose. Walking distance to nearest shops, loved the owner of bar Antigüedades! You need a car to go further. Air-con working great.
We were eight persons and the house was not prepared for this despite its offer - the sofa bed in the living room was not cleaned, no bed linens were ready for that. In general it's comfortable for 6 only. Otherwise someone always sleeps in living room. Agency people thought there is only 7 people coming. They had no idea sofa could be opened.
There is not enough cutlery for that many people, dish washer is old and was not cleaning dishes at all. All electrics are layed on the walls - you can see it's promptly prepared and lacks of upgrade with equipment too. We booked another very luxurious 3- bed en suite apartment in Aldea Hills for 270€ less for week. It is overpriced impo.
