About this apartment rental
Ich habe die Übersetzung **natürlich und für eine Ferienhaus-Anzeige passend** formuliert. Die doppelte Golf-Passage habe ich dabei sinnvoll zusammengeführt.
The romantic old farmhouse is situated at an altitude of 1,100 metres in the Nöring Valley, between Rennweg and Gmünd, and between the Hohe Tauern and Nockberge nature parks. Both can be enjoyed from the wraparound balcony, which offers wonderful panoramic views.
The beautiful garden includes a large sun terrace beside a small stream, with plenty of seating and loungers inviting guests to relax and linger. Guests can also refresh themselves with fresh drinking water from the fountain in front of the house.
The 120 m² holiday apartment features a spacious living room with several seating areas, a traditional tiled stove, a smart TV, hiking maps and books.
Integrated into the living room is a large kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven. All the usual kitchen amenities are also available.
The very spacious Bedroom I has a large double bed.
Bedroom II has two large single beds and a children’s bunk bed, suitable for children up to 10 years old. A baby cot, changing table, high chair and toys are also available.
In the living room, there is also the possibility for one adult or one child to sleep behind the tiled stove. In addition, there is a large bed behind the fireplace, which is suitable for adults but is especially popular with children and teenagers.
The entire apartment can be heated with the tiled stove. Firewood for this is included in the price. In addition, all rooms are equipped with electric heating.
Internet access is available via Wi-Fi with a 16 Mbps connection.
The laundry room is located in the basement.
The nearby Brandstätter farm, only a five-minute walk away, offers fresh products such as milk, eggs, fresh cheese balls and buttermilk — all homemade. Please note that availability is limited.
Golf: There are several very beautiful golf courses in the surrounding area, many of which offer reduced green fees for guests of partner courses. Lungau is approximately 26 km away, Obermillstatt approximately 24 km, Radstadt approximately 73 km and Bad Kleinkirchheim approximately 49 km away.
Udine in Italy and Bled in Slovenia are also lovely destinations for day trips.
Skiing: There is no ski slope directly at the house. The nearest ski areas are Innerkrems, approximately 17 km away, where the Austrian national team also trains, and Katschberg, approximately 20 km away. The ski bus runs several times a day from Gmünd via Eisentratten to both ski areas. Other ski areas include Goldeck near Gmünd, approximately 20 km away, Obertauern, approximately 50 km away, and Bad Kleinkirchheim, also approximately 50 km away.
Swimming, sailing, surfing and paddling: The Carinthian lakes are among the warmest in Europe, and the water in the rivers, streams and lakes is exceptionally clean. Nearby options include the outdoor swimming pool in Gmünd, approximately 5 km away, Lake Millstatt, approximately 10 km away, Lake Weißensee, approximately 50 km away, and Lake Wörthersee, approximately 60 km away.

The place, the house, the environment is definitely to be loved and a lot was said in earlier opinions, just to add two points:
- the route on Google maps to the place is not so accurate (not at all)
- if you go there in winter... be careful driving ;)

Very nice and quiet place. Great views. Friendly help. The central oven is great.
Didn’t expect to pay € 5,- for every use of the sauna or the washing machine though.
It’s because electricity is expensive, but how does that compare to the 75 solarpanels on one of the roofs?
