About this apartment rental
Our house is located in Obermillstatt, above the village, on a quiet, sunny south-facing slope at an elevation of about 900 meters, with a view of the lake. It is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes across the Millstätter Alm, where you can walk through the famous
Granattor while enjoying magnificent views.

Vacation apartment for 2–6 people:
The 40 m² vacation apartment features a beautiful open-concept kitchen and living area with a corner bench, satellite TV, one bedroom, a shower and toilet, and a spacious balcony overlooking Lake Millstatt.
For groups of three or more, a separate second (or third) 20 m² bedroom with an additional shower and toilet can be added to the vacation rental.
Bread roll service available upon request.
On-site costs: The price naturally also includes the Millstättersee Inclusive Card: This gives you free admission to public beaches on the lake, the Drautal-Perle indoor pool in Spittal, as well as museums and toll roads in the region. From April 15 through June 30 and from September 1 through October 30, the offer also includes the (Carinthia Card), which we’ll provide to you free of charge upon arrival for the duration of your stay. This allows you to enjoy wonderful excursions via cable cars, toll roads, boat tours on the Carinthian lakes, and much more.
