About this apartment rental
The romantic old farmhouse is situated at an altitude of 1,100 meters in the Nöring Valley, between Rennweg and Gmünd, and between the nature parks "Hohe Tauern" and "Nockberge".
The 120 sqm holiday apartment features a spacious living room with several seating areas, a tiled stove, TV, hiking maps, books, and a kitchen with a dishwasher. There is also a master bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a children's room with 2 large beds, 2 children's beds, a baby cot, a changing table, a high chair, and toys. All rooms are also equipped with electric heating.
A wraparound balcony offers magnificent panoramic views of the Nockberge mountains. In the basement, you’ll find a sauna and a washing machine.
The beautiful garden includes a large sun terrace, many seating areas, and a tiny stream. In front of the house, a freshwater fountain gently bubbles. The friendly caretaker living on the ground floor is happy to assist you.
At the neighboring organic farm, you can purchase fresh bread, milk, butter, juices, jams, berries, and mushrooms.
Accommodation for up to 6 adults is possible for an additional fee of €40 per day, which includes an extra double room with a private bathroom.
It is possible to heat the entire apartment using the tiled stove. Firewood is included in the price.

There are several beautiful golf courses nearby that offer mutual green fee discounts:

- Radstadt: 73 km
- Kleinkirchheim: 49 km
Excursions:

There is no ski slope directly at the house.
The nearest ski area is Katschberg (21 km), accessible via a ski bus from both Gmünd and Eisentratten.
