On this plateau—also known as the “Sun Plateau”—the air quality is excellent, and you can enjoy the glorious sunshine all day long. Obermillstatt is known for its wonderful, Mediterranean-like climate south of the Alps.

Other activities such as hiking, biking, swimming/beach resorts, thermal baths/spa, water sports, rock climbing, paragliding, horseback riding, golf, and much more are also in the immediate vicinity.
Or you can take a day trip to the Adriatic Sea, about 200 km away.
In winter, the ski resorts of Sportberg Goldeck, Bad Kleinkirchheim, Katschberg, Gerlitzen, and, of course, the famous Mölltal Glacier (open year-round), as well as others, are easily accessible.

Since we won’t be on-site ourselves, we ask that you treat our vacation home as if it were your own. We have a very good relationship with our immediate neighbors; if you have any questions, feel free to contact them. The key will also be handed over in person by close friends of ours who live in town. (You’ll receive their name and phone number after booking.)
