About this house rental
Here at the Burgstallerhof, there’s plenty for young and old alike to discover and experience.
Our farm is located at 1,000 meters above sea level, nestled among forests, meadows, and alpine pastures—a wonderful place surrounded by nature.
Our guests can enjoy 4 comfortable vacation apartments, all equipped with 1–2 bedrooms, 1–2 bathrooms, spacious living-dining rooms, and fully equipped kitchens. Depending on the location, you’ll have access to a terrace or balcony—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Towels and bed linens are provided, and we’re happy to supply baby gear upon request.
You can sample many of our homemade delicacies (milk, eggs, jam, juice, schnapps...)
Our animals are already waiting for the children—they love to be cared for and pampered (dogs, cats, cows, calves, goats, guinea pigs, chickens).
There’s a playground for the little ones and plenty of space for the older kids to run around and explore.
A ping-pong table, a trampoline with a lawn for sunbathing, and our beautiful garden with a view of the stunning natural surroundings—there’s sure to be something for everyone.
From here, you can go on numerous hikes in the surrounding Nockberge Mountains or simply relax on the farm.
With the Millstättersee Inclusive Card, you get free admission to all the beach resorts around the lake and free travel
on the toll roads on Millstätter Berg.
With shared activities like hikes up to our alpine pasture or barbecue evenings with bread on a stick by the campfire, there’s plenty of time for socializing, and many friendships have already been formed here.

Approx. 80 square meters in size, 2 separate bedrooms (the children’s room has a bunk bed and a freestanding bed), a bathroom with shower/toilet/bathtub/washing machine and an additional toilet, a spacious open-concept kitchen with all modern conveniences (electric stove,oven, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, range hood...) adjoins a spacious living-dining room with a wood-burning stove, satellite TV, a large dining area in the bay window with room for an extended family, and a terrace with a stunning panoramic view
On-site costs: Towels, bed linens, and all kitchen amenities are provided in the vacation apartments. The Millstättersee Inclusive Card and the local tax are included in the price. A one-time final cleaning fee of €30 or €50 will be charged.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
