About this house rental
Rent our house for 6 to a maximum of 8 people. The house is located at 900 meters above sea level in the municipality of Stockenboi on Lake Weißensee, was built in 2001 and has 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large dining and living room. The couch in the living room can be converted into a double bed. We also have 2 mattresses (100x200) that can be accommodated in the bedrooms.
Garage and parking space are also available on the 900 square meter property. A terrace and a balcony as well as a seating area by the fountain guarantee relaxation in nature. It is only 5 kilometers to the highest-lying bathing lake in the Alps - the Weißensee - to the ski areas in Carinthia (Katschberg, Goldeck, Nassfeld, Bad Kleinkirchheim, Gerlitzen) it takes between 20 and 45 minutes. Sunny location, little tourism and low vacation costs await you on the natural side of the Weißensee. There is a basketball hoop and a table tennis table at the house. Mountain bikes and the inflatable boat can also be used.
The Weißensee is a jewel in the Alps. It can warm up to 25 degrees in summer, in winter the lake freezes up to 40 cm with an ice layer, at least the west side. You can reach all sights in Carinthia within 30-40 minutes, so that the house can also be used as a starting point for exploring the sun-drenched part of the country. Also to Italy by the sea and Slovenia (Triglav Ntl. Park) it is not far.
Bring bed linen (covers) and hand or Dishtowels. There is an additional 1.50 € local tax per night. The final cleaning is to be done by yourself. WiFi is included.
