Enjoy the tranquility, the comfort and the exceptional environment of this spacious Alpine chalet that offers ample space for 8 people with 3
bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The house has a living space of 240 m². The main entrance of the villa is on the ground floor, where a large entrance hall gives access to the living room and a first kitchen. The spacious living room is a cozy space with salon and television, there is also room to eat. You can also blow out from the living room on the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances needed for a party of 10 people. Adjacent to the kitchen is a storage room for all your supplies. On the ground floor there is also a large bedroom with a balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
The first floor consists of two large bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, and a utility room that can be easily transformed into a fourth bedroom. After all, blackout is provided and a comfortable pull-out sleeping furniture. The choice is yours whether you opt for two kitchens or four bedrooms. And even both options together are no problem. Enough space!
Recreation has also been considered. In the basement there is a multipurpose room with toys and a pool table that opens onto the garden. The ground floor also houses the technical room, a fitted laundry room and a freezer.
There is also a garage on site, parking, a pergola and a garden house. The heating consists of a central heating on Mazzoet.
