About this apartment rental
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor corner apartment furnished in a classic style. The apartment has air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and the 2nd bedroom has a small balcony with sea views. The balcony is furnished with dining furniture, sun loungers and has views of the garden, pool and sea.
The complex is located on the beachfront with a large lagoon style swimming pool set in spacious grounds. The complex also has underground parking, 24hr security and is a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and Duquesa marina.

The apartment was great. A good size and all in working order. The views from both balconies are really good. The air conditioning worked great and was a welcome relief from the heat at the end of the day.
The kitchen had lots of items which hadn’t been cleaned properly, but I appreciate that this will be down to the previous tenants putting them back this way. There was also an ant issue in the kitchen but we resolved it with ant powder pretty quickly.
The only other improvement I’d suggest is better information on the rules around the pool before booking as if we had known this before we wouldn’t have booked. The lifeguard on site Mon-Fri was extremely strict and rude, it ruined our holiday as you couldn’t move without doing something wrong. The people on sat/sun were much more friendly.

Good size , good location, nice terrace
Noise from motorway intrusive and made 1 terrace impossible to use. Pool opens at 11 am crazy.better towels and change of linen and towels after 7 days .
