This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home that comfortably sleeps 4 people. Great for a group of friends or a small family. It is also ideal for a couple's getaway at a bargain price. Located on the hill looking over the commanding view of the Monterey Bay; this unit is in a quiet and generally private complex. This single level rental is well decorated, well cared for, and fully furnished.
One bedroom has a king bed with views of the ocean and a TV with DVD. The second room has a queen bed and a view of the complex swimming pool. Both rooms have private doors to the restroom, which is furnished with a bathtub.
You enter a bright living room with sprawling views of the bay and the famous Cement Ship. There is also a gas fireplace and flat screen TV with DVD. The living area has plenty of seating for a group of friends and family. Three barstools sit at the kitchen bar that look into the fully furnished kitchen; a great set up for entertaining, socializing and relaxing. To get a better look at the views, you can step onto the private deck located right off the living room. Here you will have use to a BBQ and outdoor seating. The home has a washing machine and dryer.
It is a very short walk to the famous "10 Mile Beach" The home is conveniently located near a well known deli (Pixie Deli), coffee shop, convenience store and high end restaurant (Cafe Rio). You are also within 2 miles from grocery stores, restaurants, cinema, gas stations, golf course, tennis court, and much more!

We stayed at this condo in August and the highlight was definitely the view — absolutely stunning! We were lucky enough to see whales right from the balcony, which made the trip unforgettable. The location was convenient, and overall the space had good potential for a relaxing getaway.That said, there were some drawbacks. The condo didn’t provide beach towels or boogie boards, which would have been a nice touch considering the setting. The bigger issue was that we noticed mold in the bathroom, which was disappointing and made the space feel less clean than we would have liked.If the owners address the bathroom issue and add some basic amenities for beach use, this could easily be a five-star spot. As it stands, the views are amazing, but the details could use some attention.

We loved the location. The linen service provided sheets and towels(for a fee) but both were very stiff. We should have brought our own, if that was an option? This unit is clean but has definitely been used a lot and could use some upgrades
