On the first floor there is a full bathroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and bedroom with a full sliding door giving you additional access from this room directly to the deck. Both bedrooms and stairway have plush carpeting and the remainder of the house has new Pergo style hardwood floors. There are fantastic vaulted ceilings as well as stainless steel appliances and beautifully crafted white kitchen cabinets. There is an additional patio just off of the kitchen as well.

We enjoyed our stay. Bailey mngt Co. was great to work with. Walkability to the beach was very nice. Closeness to Santa Cruz was great.
