Second time renting this beach house, and seeing the ocean and hearing the waves everyday was awesome. It is Centrally located and close to Capitola, Santa Cruz, Watsonville, and Monterey. The unit is perfect for 3 couples and had everything we needed. We were all very comfortable.

The spot I have rented twice is the perfect spot for a calming view of the ocean. The apartment is well-supplied with kitchen utensils, and even with lots of games. Lots of privacy, too, if several guests.
