Beautiful views!! All beds were so comfortable with soft sheets, comforters and quilts. Can hear the ocean (windows open) from every room. Lighting is fabulous..everything on dimmers. Fireplace adds such coziness and warmth in the evenings. Kitchen had everything we needed!! Made wonderful breakfasts!! Lovely dishes and quality utensils ..and plenty of them! Coffee maker is quality and beautiful mugs to enjoy our morning”Joe”…and again..the view! Wow! This was such a clean, cozy and comfortable place to stay . We will return for sure !!! Thank you for letting us enjoy !

We had a fantastic weekend at the Mermaid’s Perch this past weekend, 9/25-9/28/25. Gorgeous views, comfortable and clean. A short walk down a hill to the beach. We saw dolphins and whales from the deck. Kitchen is well stocked. We would love to return soon. We also had a fun time using the pool.

The house was great! It was clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful ocean view. We were treated with a show of humpback whales migrating and a beautiful sunset!

The location and view were stupendous. Beds were very comfortable. A lot of high-end things, i.e. Viking range/oven, although not a lot of pots and pans
This is not a large place. More than 4 people would be really pushing it.
Biggest problem was the lack of WiFi. The last two day we all used cellular data.
Be aware there is NO table you can eat at or work on. There is a peninsula that is cramped, low, with almost no knee room. We did find an old card table downstairs, but three of the four legs have been bent/ broken. You have to be really careful to not dump it.
If stairs are an problem, be aware that at the top there is no handrail where it makes a turn.
