Located in the Rio Del Mar flats, this recently renovated Beach House is a 5 minute flat walk to the beach.
The kitchen, bathrooms, & bedrooms have all been recently renovated (see pictures). There are hardwood floors throughout the house. The upstairs features a King bed with a TV mounted on the wall. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs that include 1 Queen bed & 2 Full beds. There are 2 full bathrooms and one 1/2 bath.
The living room includes a 60" flat screen TV mounted over the fireplace with cable including a DVR & HBO. High speed internet is also available throughout the house. Each bedroom has their own TV.
In the garage, there is a regulation pool table with a 50" TV to keep everyone entertained. There are also beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and a corn hole game.
The roof top deck has panoramic views of the Rio Del Mar area along with a peak of the ocean.
Guests will love the location of this home - Venus Restaurant is just down the street along with the famous Pixies Deli. Walk along the beach towards the cement boat & guests can venture up the outdoor stairs to the state parking lot just blocks away from Manual's (an excellent Mexican food restaurant with exceptional margaritas).
Aptos BBQ is just up the street from the house and has a phenomenal selection of local beers with top notch meats & salads (you might even be able to catch a local blues band on a Sunday night). In addition, there is a large wine bar across the street from Aptos BBQ.
The recently opened Hideout restaurant is a treat and is just a bit further down the Soquel road.
If you want to venture out a bit more, Capitola is just a couple miles up the road & has excellent boutique shopping and several restaurants along the beach. In addition, the Santa Cruz boardwalk is a very short drive & has entertainment for all (rides, games, surfing, biking, hiking, fishing, kayaking, scuba diving, etc.).
Monterey Bay with the renowned Aquarium and Cannery Row is just 40 minutes south. If you're ready for a beautiful drive, head north 90 minutes on the picturesque highway 1 and visit San Francisco.

This house has become a family vacation tradition now. We love it! It has everything you need for beach day. The kitchen is well equipped also. The backyard is beautiful and relaxing. And roof top patio is my favorite for morning coffee. Can't wait till next year!

We love this house! The location is perfect for walks to the beach and easy access to the freeway for day trips. The kitchen and bathrooms stocked with everything you need for an extended stay. The roof top patio, the backyard, the pool table and corn hole are all icing on the cake. Can't wait to go back!
