The condo includes two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a spa-like shower. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a 3-inch Tempur-Pedic Serenity mattress topper for a truly restful night’s sleep.
We have installed USB plugs and LED dimmable lighting throughout the condo for ease in keeping your cell phones charged and bright spaces when needed. Blackout blinds and shutters help with getting a good night's sleep and rooms complimented by ceiling fans for cooling and a convenient laundry area. Yes, we thought of everything.
Every detail has been thoughtfully curated—from elegant décor touches to radiant heated bathroom floors that keep your feet cozy, along with a bidet in the master bath for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes premium appliances such as a Viking range and Sub-Zero refrigerator, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals with ease.
Step outside to one of the largest ocean-view decks in the complex, perfect for outdoor dining, lounging, and taking in breathtaking sunset views over the Pacific.

This is privately owned and lovingly operated by my husband and I which means if you have a concern and call us, we answer the phone immediately. This is our home which we share with you and want you to have the best experience, so come stay with us!!! We absolutely love it here and know you will too.
By virtue of your booking you agree to abide by our House Rules. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON THE PREMISES. IT IS ONLY ALLOWED ON THE STREET SIDEWALK. Smoking fines start at $100.
We have space for bicycles on our patio but NO BICYCLES ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE CONDO FOR STORAGE. PLEASE BRING YOUR LOCK TO SECURE THEM.
We strictly adhere to a NO Party policy and NO noise. There are cameras monitoring the condo for your safety at all times. THANK YOU .

My wife and I stayed 7 days at the condo for our 30th anniversary. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend making a reservation for any occasion. Believe me when I say that the pictures on the Vrbo site do not do this stunning condo any justice. The views from the large patio door windows are breath taking and sitting on the patio is even better. My wife and I would open the doors all the way open, with drink in hand and just enjoy the breeze and the sound of crashing waves. From the views to the beautiful kitchen, to the ultra comfy king bed, we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. To top it off, Sharon is a gem to deal with. She is highly responsive to any messages we sent and she went out of her way to accommodate us during our stay. Sharon provided multiple great recommendations for eating out and sight seeing. She did not miss on any of them! If you're looking for great place to stay in Aptos, I highly suggest getting in contact with Sharon and Kevin. Trust me, you will not regret it.

We had an incredible stay at this luxury condo in Rio Del Mar Beach, Aptos. Every detail is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation.The condo is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, large fridge with ice maker, and a chef’s kitchen featuring a Viking range and everything needed for a gourmet meal. Coffee lovers will appreciate the full-size coffee maker, French press, and to-go cups for beach walks.The primary bedroom is extremely comfortable with a king bed that feels like sleeping on a cloud. The ensuite bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower with soft lighting, and both bathrooms feature heated floors—a wonderful touch.The living room is cozy with a comfortable couch and a massage recliner. The fireplace adds a perfect spot to enjoy coffee or wine.The highlight is the view—wall-to-wall sliding doors open to stunning ocean views, with the sound of waves adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The deck has high-end seating and a table ideal for meals and games.There’s also a quiet front patio with a lounger and a hose to rinse off sand.Perfect for four guests. Sharon is a fantastic host—we’ll definitely be back!
