About this villa rental
Escape to paradise in this premium, rare single-level (no stairs to climb) ground-floor ocean front unit with two ground-level patios. Located on the north bluff with easy access to the lawn, trails, and the beach! Sit on the patio, enjoy the sea breeze and glorious views while your kids play safely on the expansive grass—gorgeous inside with panoramic views of the bay. The lawn area and beach trail are accessible right out the back patio door. Newly remodeled with fresh modern décor, one of the best units at Seascape Resort! Enjoy easy access to beautiful beaches, lovely beach towns, fantastic restaurants and bars, kids' activities, golf, and all that the Monterey Bay area offers!
The Space:
Lots of space for the whole family or a quiet getaway! You'll find the comforts of home, with a chef ready, well-stocked kitchen, gas-burning fireplace, TV in the living and bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, and a beach home feeling. There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels, and personal soap/shampoo. Two bedrooms with queen beds and ensuite baths. Large kitchen, plenty of seating at a generous dining table and kitchen bar, and a comfortable sofa bed (double) and seating in the living room. Patios are furnished with tables and chairs perfect for enjoying meals, morning coffee, or sunset cocktails, as well as lounge chairs to relax in and enjoy the stunning views! An electric grill is provided for outdoor cooking. There is a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, makeup towel, hand soap in kitchen and both bathrooms, disinfecting wipes, dish soap, all-purpose cleaner, new kitchen sponge, kitchen towels, pot holders, garbage bags, iron and ironing board, stick vacuum, beach towels, and bath towels. In the kitchen, you will find a toaster, blender, coffee maker with a permanent coffee filter, Keurig espresso machine, and milk frother.
NOTE: Please be aware that due to the cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.

This unit was perfect for our family. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a great selection of games, and they have supplies for the beach. We loved being able to walk straight out to the lawn from the patio.

This was one of the best units we’ve stayed at. We go to Seagate multiple times a year and would definitely come back and stay in this unit.

Overall everything was fantastic.amazing location and great host. Check in easy once we got the codes.We did run into an issue as we were there for a family reunion with guests staying in the hotel, and per the plan was to meet at pool, play pickleball etc..etc...The host let us know the day prior to check in that we might not be able to use amenities due to pending litigation with the independent owners and resort. We were told at pickleball check in desk, that we would have to pay 20 (so my husband missed out on that activity). So luckily we had other family members and we ended up getting some hotel issued bracelets (we left a few extras in the drawer, with some other white ones from the host that were solid...we did not test those). The place is beautiful and spacious, just the amenities need to be sorted out. At one pool there was security checking bracelets too. Beach access was close. And there are a few restaurants near by.
