Summary:
Breathtaking ocean views and lush green grounds await you. Enjoy the north pool (approx. 10 min walk/3 min drive), a nearby gas fire pit with outdoor seating, or a stroll to the beach. The condo has 2 primary bedrooms, an open floorplan, multiple ocean peeks, and a fully stocked kitchen. Sip your favorite beverage on our patio or balcony while enjoying the views. This is a NO PETS/NO SMOKING property. 6 guests max (including children)
The Space:
Two bedrooms each with its own attached full bathroom and half bath downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can make a homecooked meal or take a stroll to Sanderlings for a lovely dinner.
Enjoy sitting on one of the two decks/balconies while looking at the ocean and the well-landscaped grounds. Each bedroom has an attached full bathroom and a TV. The family, dining rooms, and kitchen are all in an open floor plan setting. Snuggle up next to the fireplace to warm up after a long day enjoying the outdoors. There is a lot to do in the area - dining, hiking, golfing and beach time, stroll along the cliffs and keep your eye open for breaching humpback whales.

Guests have full and private access to this spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo. You'll have the entire place to yourself, including:

• The convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer

Please Note
This is a privately owned condo, not part of Seascape Resort hotel operations. As such, hotel services like daily housekeeping, room service, or the shuttle/golf carts are not included.
As of June 16th, 2025, the main and South Bluff pools are reserved for resort hotel guests only. However, you will still have access to the North Bluff pool and hot tub during your stay.

Enjoy the ultimate in walkable convenience during your stay. The Seascape Village shops and restaurants are just steps across the street, offering coffee, dining, groceries, and boutique shopping—everything you need within moments.
Take a leisurely 10-minute walk down the scenic beach path to feel the sand between your toes, or head to the North Pool, just a short stroll through the resort grounds.
Whether you're grabbing a morning coffee, catching the sunset, or spending the day poolside, everything is easily accessible on foot—no need to drive.

The unit is managed privately by us and is not part of Seascape management. Therefore the amenities are limited to the north pool (approx. 10 min walk/3 min drive), grounds, beach, restaurants and other public spaces.

Cancelation fee: 5% of reservation total with a minimum of $100 fee will be held from all monies received in the event the cancelation falls within our refund and cancelation timeline. This is to cover 3rd party payment fees.

It was easy to rent and reasonably priced. Noisy at night for the couple who took the hide a bed in the living room because we guess storage for events are right underneath our unit and it kept them up for many hours late at night.

The unit is great and in a nice location. The owner was very easy to work with and the unit was very clean.

The unit is the farthest from the only beach access, easily 1/2 mile. This unit doesn’t pay for resort amenities so you can’t get a ride 1/2 mike down to or back from the beach in one of the golf cart taxi’s. The trek to the beach includes a 1/4 mile down steep hill to the beach. So if you want to bring picnic, towels, toys, boogie boards it’s a real pain and lots of lugging. There are only a few parking spaces for public access to the trail down to the beach.
Our kids saw other families doing sunset smore parties at the beach the resort sets up and that service isn’t provided to this unit either.
Intermittent WIFI. My husband was trying to work and our kids wanted to stream movies at night and it was down 50% of the time.
The pool near the room was great and if beach play with lots of loot isn’t your thing this unit is great.
Lots of morning fog in this part of Santa Cruz.
Seascape foods close by is fantastic! Grest deli and coffee
If you want to swim laps or use the gym it’s $7.00 each time and requires a 3 min drive.
