Summary:
Location, Location, Location! NE Portland is one of the most coveted areas of this beautiful city and my apartment is right in the heart of it all. Within blocks you can be at the Historic N Mississippi Ave, N Williams Ave, NE Alberta St (Alberta Arts District), and MLK! Restaurants and bars aplenty. Some notable include Por Que No, Tasty n Sons, Ned Ludd, Ecliptic Brewing, Life of Pie, Box Social, and so many more are all within walking distance of my apartment.
The Space:
This apartment includes everything you need from cooking utensils, stainless steel appliances (dish washer, fridge, microwave, and stove), 2 queen beds with memory foam mattress toppers, a shower/tub, and a big screen TV with Cable. The internet connection is blazing fast with 400 mbps at your disposal.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire unit. Please be aware, there is a set of stairs involved in reaching this unit.
There are tenants in the surrounding and basement units.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located smack dab in the center of NE Portland. Within blocks you can be at any of the sought after shopping districts in the city such as the Alberta Arts District, Mississippi Ave, MLK, and Williams Ave. Hip and Trendy restaurants, bars, cafes, and food carts are all within steps of this apartment boasting a Walk Score of 92!
Getting Around:
There are bus stops within a couple of blocks of this apartment, but what you'll find is that most places are well within walking distance.
Outside of that, it is a short and inexpensive uber/lyft ride to get to any part of town. An added bonus is that the Moda Center, Lloyd Center Mall, and Convention Center are ~5 min drive or ride away!
