Very few homeless around the outside of building, but that's expected in downtown portland.

It was just ok. My recommendation would be to make sure that your guests have everything they need to avail themselves

I liked the location.

Although coffee was available, no sugar or creamer was - and I needed those in order to have the coffee. I was also disappointed that there was no laundry detergent available. One reason I selected this room was because of the laundry amenities. But when I discovered last minute that there was no detergent available, I ended up having to pack my dirty clothes. Not what I wanted to do! Lastly, the quality of the shampoo, conditioner and bath gel provided was really poor (Sauve brand).

Will never use booking.com again.

Bedroom carpet needs replacing, check in was wrong, security was helpful in resolving the error, commode took more than one flush to eliminate waste most times, dried fluids on computer chair, TV was not connected to any air, cable or streaming service.

Too much confusing and conflicting information was sent via email and text to keep abreast of. The falsely advertised price of $111 per night ballooned to $416 for two nights. Also, see answer to previous question.

Spent it in the ER to learn we have Covid. They still made us check

The property itself was great, very nice and just as described.

As far as the customer service it was unacceptable, we were treated with very little respect and the customer service over the phone was terrible. The last day of our trip my boyfriend got Covid and I did my dudiligence to inform the staff and they acted very uninterested, in fact the maids came to clean that next morning and we’re not informed that they were being exposed to Covid. I am still waiting to get my $200 deposit back. Very disappointing, I would like to be contacted so I can talk to someone further about this experience in which the employees made it unbearable. Mistreated pregnant woman

The location

After receiving the wrong door code and having to wait and extra 2 hours to get into the room the room was nice but then I went to work the next day and my girlfriend didn't have the key and she's pregnant and they made her sit outside in the cold instead of letting her use the phone to call me and get ahold of me. Instead of letting her into the room when her name was the one on the room contract They wouldn't even let her in the lobby they made her wait outside in the cold, while pregnant I would never stay at this place again or recommended for anybody

Staff was the worst I have ever experienced. Very unprofessional. Not good at communicating about check-in, all the keys that go to what and where and how. Not instructions on how we were to use the elevators, entrance and exits... I could go on and on. He made our trip MISERABLE. Because of this staff we will not be returning.

Location! From the bedroom and living room (with balcony!), you can see Moda Center, Steel & Broadway Bridges, Go By Train & Union Station, Big Pink and other Downtown skyline, and Mt. Hood - a cornucopia of Portland icons. drop downstairs for the best sushi and bakery in the Pearl - and the whole ordeal is right on the Streetcar line. the quality of the indoor space is befitting this marvelous apartment - clean and beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The only part that didn’t fit the overall supreme quality of materials inside was the tub/shower. It was fine - only a truly beautiful apartment could make it look bad :-)

Bad

Absolutely amazing property, the on site staff were so helpful and nice.

The absolute headache of dealing with the Secure Site hoops you have to jump through, I spent most of my morning on the phone with them trying to pay an extra deposit of $260 for just 2 nights, and on top of that only maybe 1 person of the several I’ve talked to knew how to help me at all. They gave me the wrong code to the lock box to get into the room and I couldn’t get ahold of any of the Secure Site staff, so I had to go find the front desk personnel who also couldn’t get ahold of Secure Site, so we had to go find the maid who knew the code. And when I was checking out I was messaged and called constantly about checking out on time Way prior to my checkout time and on top of that one member of Secure Site staff told me the deposit refund would immediately be automatically refunded after the maid cleaned the room. I gave it a couple days and heard nothing, so then I called this morning and got told They’d get back to me, then I heard nothing so I called again right now and was told I needed to fill out a deposit refund request. So now I have to wait even longer for a response to even know if I’m getting the deposit refund. This has been an absolute headache and I will never stay at another place being listed from Secure Stay.

It’s clean, I’ll give them that! Nice furnishings, very upscale and boujie location.

The whole process to check in is a huge headache, this company is sketchy- they never returned our deposit(it’s been 3 weeks!). The condo was very nice and super clean but there is something weird about their millions of rules and the way they market everywhere in every language, also some nights the same room will go from $126(+$250 non-refundable “deposit”) all the way up to $1,260! I’ve tried to pin point exactly what makes me so uneasy about this place but I can’t really explain it. Ever since I stayed the night here I’ve had this weird feeling that something is off, I can’t shake it so I decided to leave a review so this doesn’t happen to other people just looking for a good deal…..beware the fine print! And just beware! Ok?

Horribly unsettling

The actual apt was nice.

They got complete erroneous info regarding untrue claims that i let some transient in that i didnt then asked me to leave with another day left i prepaid for . theyre supposes to refund that and parking. The individual i dont know tried to enter my room unnanounced and illegally saying that there wasn't supposed to be 3 people in the room never mind there never once was. The only other person in room was cleared from the very initial start ..with proof of ID and signed in by security. Then the staff person for the apt said to me that i had an assault that came thru on the background check. ? Well this was suspicious as i have no criminal record plus why would this be an issue after several days not prior to renting. They tried to say i violated contract which i most certainly did not. The whole thing was outrageous and wrong !!! I had to leave with promise of refund at 9 ish at night !! They werent going to even offer refund until i wasnt going to leave as why would i ? I pre paid for another day and garage. There was no valid truth to theyre phoney crooked allegations. Trying to mannipulate and scam me.

I was charged a cleaning fee of $74.40 that was never disclosed on Booking.com when I made the reservation. And also charged a $49.00 deposit. The original Booking.com only stayed a $99 refundable deposit. Beware when you book of the addition fees they charge after the room is already booked. Shower dispenser had fallen and was broken. Sanitizer dispenser fell when trying to use and spilt everywhere.
