Rest and relax in our 2000 sq. ft. 3 bedroom + office / 2.5 bath new construction home located in one of the trendiest neighborhoods in all of Portland. Our open concept home is located in the NE Williams corridor, which is home to James Beard finalist Eem and some of the best restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and workout studios. We are also located within walking/biking/short driving distance of the Historic Mississippi and Alberta Arts Districts with a bevy of dining and entertainment hotspots.
We have carefully considered every detail to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We truly hope you can relax while making some great memories during your stay.
*BEDROOMS/OFFICE*
Room 1: Adaptive foam king bed with premium bedding materials (down-alternative and gel pillows included for your comfort) and en suite bathroom with vanity and walk-in closet
Rooms 2 & 3: Adaptive foam queen bed with premium bedding materials (down-alternative and gel pillows included for your comfort) and walk-in closet
Room 4: Dedicated office space with desk, coffee table, and chairs to get some work done (hopefully not too much :))
There is also an inflatable air mattress for your use if needed
*BATHROOMS*
Both full bathrooms upstairs include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels and washcloths. There is a hair dryer in the master bathroom.
*KITCHEN*
Our full-size kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay including an oven, microwave, gas stovetop, coffee maker/grinder, and full size refrigerator. The kitchen is stocked with all dishware, silverware, and cooking utensils as well as basic cooking ingredients. Everything is labeled for your convenience.
There is a large island with bar seating as well as a dining table that seats 6 for flexible dining options depending on your group size.
*ENTERTAINMENT*
There is a 55” smart TV with Chromecast and several streaming options with your logins (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.) for your viewing pleasure. There are several board games for your use as well.
Outside in the backyard features patio seating on a covered deck and an enclosed grass area where you can have a cookout with the 5-burner BBQ grill, converse with friends/family, have the kids run around, or wind down with a glass of wine after exploring all the city has to offer.
*FAMILY ITEMS*
A booster seat is available for your child's use should you need it. *Please note - while our space is family friendly, it is not baby or child proof.
Guest access
Our home is multi-level, and the entire upper level is yours with its own separate and private entrance, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living room.
Please note: there are approximately 15 stairs to reach the front door of the home.
You will also have exclusive access to the fenced backyard during your stay.
There is no shared space with the downstairs tenants, but feel free to say hello if you come across them :).
Once the home is cleaned and ready for you, we'll send you a unique access code so you can self check-in. Check-in time is 3PM. Check-out time is 11AM.
Early check-in and late check-out requests will be arranged if available for an additional $25.
*OTHER ITEMS*
If you have time, be sure to explore the city by bike using Biketown, Portland’s bike share program. There is a dedicated bike lane that runs right outside the home on N. Williams and goes all around the city.
