Welcome to Gulf Shores on Indian Shores and the award-winning views of the Gulf from your exquisite private balcony! lnside, the 2 bedroom 2 bath open floor plan boasts a spacious living area featuring tasteful, stylish furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen has all major appliance needed to make the prefect meals. The main suite hosts a king bed while the guest bedroom has two twin beds. This property is perfect for a couple or families. Multiple families vacationing?

Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Beds are made with fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided. Housekeeping services are only provided upon checking out. Smoking is NOT allowed at any of properties and will result in a fine charged to the guest.
Pets are not permitted at this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of monies paid.
Accidental Damage Protection: PPI insurance is required for all guests renting with us and will be listed in --/-- Vacations as "other charges" and will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Damage that exceeds the $3000 will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.
