About this house rental
For bookings over eight guests we offer substantial discounts. If you are looking for a fabulous, warm, spacious and comfortable home for a family vacation, this is your BEST CHOICE. Fun activities inside and outside. If you are business traveler looking for a retreat or a business meeting, we have comfortable spaces for meetings with large Fire TV's for video presentations, a separate and private office fully equiped with excellent WIFI, printer/scanner/fax machine, and office supplies supplied. (Dads wil love it.)
Our home has a large and fully equipped kitchen attached to a GREAT ROOM to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners. That alone will save families hundreds of dollars. We have fabulous theme rooms full of fun and rare decorations. As far as inside activities we have a pool table, ping pong table, an exciting Arcade game. Outside activities include a large patio with ample seating, grill, gardens and lot's of lawn for the children to play on.
As far as our neighborhood we are located in the Historic Old North End which is centrally located, near downtown, Colorado College and easy access to I-25. Our front yard is Colorado Springs most beatiful public park: Monument Valley Park which includes a river, Pickle Ball courts, public pool, hiking/biking trails, picnic tables and playground for your children.
An important heads up. WE CHARGE PER GUEST PER NIGHT. We also have guest minimums and length of stays minimums during our high seasons and major holidays like New Years, Martin Luther King weekend, Spring Breaks, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. These minimums are firm but flexible and determined at the time of the booking request.
Parties and events are prohibited due to City Codes. Our neibbor's and neighborhood's privacy and security is a TOP PRIORITY. Excessive noise and disturbances will not be tolerated. Non paying guests are NOT ALLOWED to spend the night because our liability insurance will not cover them.

Our host was very helpful with any questions during the entire process. We had 11 adults and 4 children under 5. We had plenty of room and the house was in great condition. Close to I-25 for easy access to the Springs. Would definitely recommend this property.

This home has it all! Excellent location, size, comfort, amenities. We had an excellent family vacation. Mike is a great host. He made the check in and out process effortless. We are sure to return.
