This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental features a sofa bed, a BBQ grill, air conditioning, and a desk. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, free toiletries, and towels. The property was clean and had most necessities. Great for groups or large families but the rules were a little off putting. Great location for getting around Colorado Springs.

The house was clean and had enough room for our family when we arrived. Communication with the property manager was difficult. The original welcome message after booking said in part, "If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out during office hours of 8am-8pm. You can call us at XXX-XXX-XXXX..." After a couple text messages over 2 days that were not responded to I called the number a few times. After calling a few times (no voicemail setup on their phone) I finally received a response text that said, "Please text only". Upon arrival at the house I found a surveillance camera over the front door. VRBO's policy says, "Location and coverage of devices must be disclosed on the property description page". I double checked the listing after arrival and confirmed that at least at the time of this review the existence of the camera is not show on the property listing per the policy.
