We stayed for a couple nights and it was exactly what we needed. Clean, fit our group of 8 great. I appreciated the clear communication.

We were greeted by a mountain of smelly trash filled with maggots in the driveway as we arrived. Many things were broken when we arrived so we took pictures and contacted the host right away. He responded promptly and assured me the trash and broken items would be taken care of asap. We stayed for four nights and nothing was done while we were there to address anything. At the end he asked us to take the pile of garbage to the curb for him before we left. I tried to work things out with him but he had been unresponsive since then. We also counted on all of the beds listed in the listing, but that part was not accurate. One room with a king bed is supposed to have three twin beds. It did have three extra mattresses in the closet, but they were foam mattresses still vacuum packed in plastic. We ended up having to use air mattresses instead, which isn’t a huge deal, but not as the listing describes.
