Large, clean, and beautiful home is ideal for a large family. The loft/gaming space is perfect for the kids to hang out while the adults congregate in the kitchen. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is a huge bonus! The host is amazing and goes above and beyond in ensuring our celebration in Colorado Springs was perfect.

We stayed for a long weekend, Friday through Monday. There were 9-11 of us, depending on the night. The home was perfect for our different generations with comfortable beds for all. The preteens loved the upstairs area with games, instruments, and sofa for them to relax. The living room seated all adults comfortably. Fireplace is a nice addition. We found everything needed to prepare all meals so we didn't have to eat out much. Another plus is the large table that can seat 9-10 with some folks sitting on the bench which is so comfy when leaning against the wall! It's perfect for meals and games. Kyle's "helpful hints" about where to shop, dine, hike, etc were great. He's the best host ever! Our favorite outing was to Garden of the Gods which is only about 10 minutes away. All in all, my family declared "this is the best place we've ever stayed"!!! You absolutely have to experience the lighting in this house. I won't say more about it, but you have to experience it - awesome.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The booking was easy, Kyle was an incredible host both before, during, and even after the stay with a left behind item! The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and close to all the things we love to do! The house was stocked with all the things we could need. Comfortable space / beds and a bonus is having nice showers! We will definitely be booking again!

This was the best Vrbo we've ever used--and we have used some pretty good ones. The house is perfectly appointed to give a Colorado vibe without being corny. When we walked in, we found it immaculately clean and that the owner takes great care in making his guests feel at home. We received text updates about where, exactly, to park and found the "House Book" (the binder that Vrbo owners leave for guests) to be complete and comprehensive. (Every time someone asked, "What do you feel like doing?" we said, "Consult the book!"). The restaurant suggestions and neighborhood tips were great--and we got to see a Switchbacks game, as well. (That was a blast.) There is plenty of room, a big kitchen, a nice outdoor patio, a Weber grill, and solid appliances. The neighborhood is quiet--another plus. Kyle, the owner, lives next door and stopped by on the first day to say hello. This is a great setup, because if you need anything, he's right there--but he also let us do our thing. The location of the house is great: you're 10 minutes from so many different things and can walk to the Ivywild, an old school converted into three bars and restaurants. You can also be a supermarket in five minutes. It can be a little nerve-wracking to rent a home you've seen only online, but we were thrilled with this one and will definitely stay there the next time we're in Colorado.
