Loved the character of the 100+ year old house, and that it had been updated. The location was fantastic for access to food and activities.
Quite a few settling cracks, and cosmetic maintenance items. The beds could have been more comfortable. It was inconvenient to have so many beds downstairs with no bathroom.

Location was perfect. Home had lots of character but with the added updates that made it functional and cozy.
